Can God bring good from this pandemic? Of course, Romans 8: 28 declares it. One seemingly mundane effect is our care of our bodies. Closed restaurants mean preparing at home. Social media banters the Covid15, pounds people are gaining these days.
We have a choice. God gave us our bodies. Our body is the dwelling place of the Holy Spirit. Energized to do what He has called us to do, or sidelined and less productive. Healthy eating or comfort food gorging? These are our personal choices.
This seems mundane. Consider John the Baptist who lived on locusts and honey. The Proverbs woman who provided for her family and helpers. Proverbs 31: 15. She helps her needy neighbors and is strong and productive. Body care a good thing.
