Project – Mind Not Lost

Do you ever feel that you have lost your mind? At the end of a long day, celebrating the graduation of 24 new tailors who are widows; Interviewing current graduates and graduates of last year. Visiting their homes to see their progress and a long jostling ride back to the city, I felt that my mind had turned off. ‘I think I’ve lost my mind,’ I said with fatigue to our host.
‘You can’t,’ she quickly rebutted. ‘You have the mind of Christ and He doesn’t lose his mind!’
Amazing, accurate, and encouraging! I cannot lose my mind. Leaning heavily into the mind of Christ, I can chose not to retort when hungry, tired, or depleted. I can choose to delay decisions until His clarity prevails. When my mind is weak, His is strong.
