Resilience – Situations

Resilience. Not a word found in Scripture, yet resilience is vital in all of our lives. It’s simply the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties. Does Scripture show us how to recover? Look at Paul. Run out of town, beaten, imprisoned, and yet he covered incredible territory sharing the gospel with all who would listen.
Important truth. Resilience is trying to take a positive perspective on situations. Viewing challenges as learning opportunities. Romans 8:28. Can God can bring good things from bad stuff? My calling to encourage and equip widows with a biblical foundation.
Do we see that in that moment we sense defeat? Seldom. Just ask. God what are you teaching me today?
