Challenges In Serving

Are you wired up to serve others? The more closely we follow Christ, the larger our heart grows. We see others needs and want to come along side. When we do, the evil one takes notice and plans to interfere. Here are some of his methods.
Pride: look at what I can do to help! (glory to me, not God) What starts with helping others can degenerate to self-serving or self-interest.
Insecurity: I can’t do this. Servants/caregivers/leaders come in all shapes and sizes. God equips us to do what He has called us to do, not what He has called another to do. We serve as best we are able. God is in charge of the outcome, not me.
