Recharging

At day’s end, I find myself connecting my iphone to its power source to power up for tomorrow. Its habit, I don’t neglect it. I can’t. Tomorrow, my life depends on it. Not really but it seems so. At first I resisted getting a ‘portable’ phone. Who needs it.
And now that little device is teaching me a lesson. Jesus calling. Plug in, Miriam, or you’ll have no power for tomorrow. He gently whispers, “I’m your source. Its your choice. My power or on your own. ”
I’m finding my strength, not enough, and my wisdom lacking for my challenges today. And this was supposed to be my easy stage! 1 Peter 5:7 Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. Jesus words ‘My power is enough.’
