Choice time # 2

The greatest news of the day is that God is still God. As Christ followers, we embrace that He has created us in His image. Therefore this truth stands: we are equipped for this day, adaptable for every surprise, even shock and awe in these disruptive times bring.
I remind myself of that truth every morning. Family members are working from home, including mine. I’m hearing bits of Zoom calls, phone conversations punctuated with Petey’s barks. Widow Connection cannot begin ‘hands on projects’ in developing countries this year. Our church gatherings as they were, are forever changed.
Again, each of us is created in the image of God. We are equipped to be adaptable, creative, and able to mirror Him to whatever our changing world looks like. Everything here changes, God does not.
