M We can find financial advise today for re-partnering. I’m troubled by that. Financial advise, GREAT! However, while God has guidelines and can bless remarriage, repartnering smacks of an intimate relationship without marriage.
That’s simply not biblical, though common even with vintage people.
V Before moving forward in any relationship, money talk is good, maybe not easy, but required before making that engaged to be married commitment. Those who meet with a financial advisor before that commitment are more satisfied with the results after marriage, or if the decision is reached to end the relationship.
M Here’s one requirement: full transparency. Any covenant commitment requires that. Start before, rather than hoping all will be well later.
