Studying Paul # 1

I’m impressed studying the Apostle Paul through Acts and his letters at his brilliance in connecting with so many diverse people. Jew, gentile, skeptics, curious characters, men, women. He could confront, comfort, relate, challenge, embrace. Yes, following Jesus was his foundation. Building on that, his secret is found in I Corinthians 9: 22 To the weak I became weak, to win the weak. I have become all things to all people so that by all possible means I might save some.
Shared beatings, shared tent making, shared ship wreck, in front of crowds of diverse interests and faith. Paul found that common bond, to get their attention, reach a point of curiosity or need. And then share Jesus. An example for us all.
