M Living space is a big budget item. But its more than money. Valerie and I are in different life stages. Stewards not just of space, but taking care of it. That’s important.
V Consider your time. That has a value. Larger means more upkeep, more cleaning, more tracking cost of insurance and repairs. We’re talking about time here. Yes, there are dollar cost. But time wise, owning means the buck stops with you.
M Living alone means can I manage it so it honors God. Deuteronomy 10:14
