M  I was sorry to learn that car dealers extract extra money from older women.  OK, I’m in that range. Vintage.  Some reasons given were that older women might not have the same educational background as older men.  I doubt that is the main factor.

 

V One study showed that older women were less likely to negotiate.   First realize that fact.  Then a word to family.  Go with Mom or Aunt on their car search.  Research together first.  Remember too that a new car is never the best deal.
