M Connect these two words: Work, Money. Proverbs is full of advice to work and what will happen if we don’t. 10: 4 4 A slack hand causes poverty, but the hand of the diligent makes rich.
V Hard work does not guarantee wealth. But being productive is satisfying and often at least leads to having enough. There are countless examples of folks gaining wealth and prosperity over time with hard work and good Stewardship, but very few examples to the contrary.
M Diligence may not bring financial riches, but as my friend Babbie Mason says, there’s food on the table and we’re sleepin inside. Diligent work may not be easy. However the contentment of obedience is precious.
