We will never again fight.

In this
time of national unrest and concerns for safety, let’s look back and see what
we can learn.  England was understandably
war weary after World War 1.
Intellectuals in the Oxford Union stated in 1933, “This House will in no
circumstance fight for its King and country.”
10 days later Adolf Hitler was elected to lead Germany.  He noticed.
England’s disposition gave him unchecked freedom to purposefully swallow
neighboring countries.  In less than a
decade, England was forced to defend King and country.

War is
terrible.  No one wants it. But the
alternative is terrible.  It has been
said that all that is needed for evil to triumph is for good folks to remain
silent. Our nation is determining what is worth fighting for. Religious freedom
is worth defending.
