M Folks are excited about tax breaks on the horizon. Lets talk about that from a biblical perspective. Our taxes are meant to promote the common good, helping citizens through hard times. Luke 20:25
He said to them, “Then give back to Caesar what is Caesar’s, and to God what is God’s.”
V Fact is, government is inefficient with those tax dollars. If as Christians we take those extra dollars and promote the common good, which churches and faith based organizations can do well, those extra dollars may do more good than in the past. Look at the tax break as an opportunity to be more generous.
M Prayerfully consider and invest those dollars for eternal gains.
