Super Sensitive

One need only listen to the news to hear folks going off in a super sensitive matter, defending their self-perception, self interest, or just whining. It has been said that super sensitivity robs the soul of joy and peace and causes fellowship to cease.
Fellowship, that common comfort of being in the presence of that one, or those with whom you are safe. You need not measure your words, wheat and chaff can pour out. Your friend sifts them, treasures the wheat and lets the wind blow away the chaff.
My prayer, more of those friendships and fellowship. Not just listening ears, discerning ears. Shared safety treasuring the truth. Fellowship guaranteed in Heaven, possible here.
