Strength

Life isn’t fair. Hard work does not mean employment.  Commitment in marriage does not guarantee mutual fidelity.  Good parenting? Great kids maybe.  Do you wonder, facing your challenge how you’ll be able to face the next day?

In competitive sports, experience and desire matter.  But that doesn’t mean you win. My grandsons wrestling coach stated that strength is the great equalizer.  Edmond’s strength compensated for his lack of experience.

My friend, you have Strength–the great equalizer to help you face your challenges today.  Not your strength, our Lords.  His power is the great equalizer on our weak days. II Corinthians 12:9 tells us the last word is not in today’s courtroom or in the pink slip at your job.  Our great equalizer our Lord is working our OUR behalf today.
