Preventing credit card fraud

M Being good stewards means we don’t reward theft. Credit card fraud continues and we need to be vigilant. I know. I recently spent hours recovering money after being hacked.
V Use a limited and verified number of companies for orders on line. There are companies that are secure and offers great variety. Products available there can be paid through a 3rd party accounts like Paypal. Yes, it takes a bit of time to set that up. However paying through Paypal is protection from fraud.
M Yes, its time consuming. My recently canceled card meant I needed to provide the new number to some reoccurring bills. But its good stewardship–a wise investment.
