M  When starting over, learn from other ‘s mistakes.  If you have friends that are loving and humble enough to share their mistakes, pay attention.  Their wisdom can save you pain.


V    Here”s what we’ve learned from widows stories we’ve heard. One widow bought a new smaller home without first selling her old one. Little did she know how long it would take her to sell her older home or how much money fix ups would take before it would sell. She paid a heavy price for carrying two homes a long time, then having to accept a very low offer because of financial pressures.


M Yes, she changed financial advisors.  Research and seek counsel from many.
