Health Insurance costs

I’m Miriam  Neff-with STARTING OVER FINANCIALLY,-and I’m Valerie Neff Hogan, and we’re here to talk about money

M Two sure things are death and taxes.  Add a third:  increasing health insurance costs.  While everything is changing, we know some facts.  The costs of health care, appointments, tests, prescriptions is going up.  Some one pays:  the government, meaning us tax payers, or we do.

V  Whatever your options, if you have reserves, crunch the numbers.  Most plans cost you less if you have higher deductibles.  Can you afford that.  One individual needed a treatment and his deductible was $5,000.00.  Read the documents. The trend is to spending accounts.  Good news:  this has us watching what we’re spending.  Like watching our wallet.

M Change is inevitable. Pick what serves you best.  And thank God for every healthy day.
