Expanded household relationships

I’m Miriam  Neff-with STARTING OVER FINANCIALLY,-and I’m Valerie Neff Hogan, and we’re here to talk about money

M Its easy when a household includes multiple generations for relationships to fray.  Different habits, different schedules, and different values.  Tempers can flare and fatigue intensifies all differences.

V Ephesians 4: 15 tells us to speak the truth in love.  Verse 32 of that same chapter tells us to be kind to one another, tenderhearted and forgiving. Truth without love is harsh.  Love without truth can be enabling.  We suggest having regular scheduled times to talk (not when everyone is exhausted) to evaluate what’s going right and what’s not working.

M  We guarantee you will all know each other better. The months and years of living together will some day be history.  Hopefully the relationships will not be.
