M The estate tax, whether kept or repealed, does not directly impact many.  Annually this tax is levied on about 5,500 estates. The tax is 40% on $5.5  million per person or almost 11 million per married couple.

V Lets consider other options.  Larry Burkett said “do your givin while you’re livin so you’re knowing where it is going.”  Giving appreciated assets while you’re living is a great way to encourage kingdom work and make possible what you value.  .  It is one great way to make impact gifts while you are both alive.

M Remember that charitable organizations are much more efficient in spending for actual results than our government.
