Elections 2

With
elections just days ahead, I’m remembering God’s truths.  Regardless of the results of the election,
God is predictable.  When things are
tumultuous, even unjust, He suffers with us.
He tells us in Romans 12: 19 to not avenge ourselves.  In our humanness we want to get even and hold
grudges.  He tells us to let Him do what
He does best.  Act justly.  Another fact about God is that He will ALWAYS
prevail.

Do we
know when?  Seldom.  Read Hebrews 11.  Which person listed in that Hall of Faith
Giants knew the impact of his or her choices?
They did not know we would be onlookers, inspired by their faith, aware
they were folks with great challenges.

Remember,
God will always prevail.
