M Are you in a desirable financial situation where you can provide college expenses for someone else? My friends who help many in their extended family have guidelines.
V They stipulate a grade point average (no, not a 4 point). They also stipulate what it can be used for–tuition, not social organizations. Drug involvement? End of agreement. If you are providing that financing, you may choose criterion. Or you may have other values important for your generosity. Its about facilitating the good, but not encouraging the bad, or being wasteful.
